If you have been given a full scholarship you will need to complete the form below.  Please enter the information in each field.  When you click on the red “Send and Begin Waiver” button it will take you to our online waiver which will take about 5 minutes to complete.  Once you complete the waiver you are registered for the Encounter.

If you have already completed your waiver fill out the information below and click the red“Send and Begin Waiver” button.  Your registration is complete and there is no need to fill out the waiver (ignore the waiver after you click “Send and Begin Waiver”).
