We are looking forward to seeing you this Thursday for the August 24-27, 2023 California Expedition!  We wanted to send you a few last minute details as you are preparing for the Expedition.

Check-In:

Check in is from 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 24th. Dinner is from 6:00-7:00 and we will begin our first session directly after dinner, so please check in and locate your room prior to dinner.

What to Bring:

We highly suggest you bring a swim trunks as the venue has a great small lake with some really fun activities. We suggest wearing clothes that you feel comfortable in. Bring a jacket as the mountains can cool off in the evenings.  Make sure you pack your toiletries. Also bring a water bottle. There’s some great hiking so bring some shoes that will work for that.

Optional Afternoon Activities:

The venue has some great activities available to us during our time including: skeet shooting, swimming, volleyball, frisbee golf, hatchet throwing, archery, and hiking.
